Crypto Expert Chosen by Erdogan for Turkey’s Central Bank Board

The president of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, recently chose Professor Mustafa Duman, a professor of cryptology and encryption, to the newly established board of the Central Bank. Duman is currently the head of the Department of Cryptology and Algorithm Analysis at Istanbul Aydin University and specializes in encryption techniques, cryptography, and technology transfer. He has previously helped create research facilities and laboratories in Istanbul to develop technologies related to blockchain, digital assets, cloud computing, and cryptography. Over the years, he has written several papers and conducted multiple research projects on digital and cryptography security solutions. With his skills and expertise, he will be a valuable asset to the new board of the Central Bank of Turkey and will help develop state policies related to digital finance and banking.
